Why more and more surfers are switching to Boz Wetsuits...

"I had picked up an Xcel (second best model), an O'neilPsycho and a 3/2 BOZ to compare and see which one was the warmest and easiest to paddle with. I have a nagging shoulder injury and surfing in Texas which means lots of paddling when the waves are up as they tend to be one after another wind swell with a 6 - 8second period. So no easy paddle out between sets. Also I'm over 50 so with all that I needed a very flexible wetsuit. I tried each suit on a cold Jan.day with water and air temps in the high 50's. By far the most comfortable and easiest to paddle were the Excel and the BOZ. Again being older I can't take the cold like I could 20 years ago and there is where the BOZ really shined. There was such little leak through, that it was much warmer than the Xcel, which leaked a lot especially at the zipper. This also meant a lighter overall wetsuit due to no leakage allowing water in. I also examined the workmanship and ther again the BOZ is the best in class. THis will last a long long time i think. Im glad I found the threads online about this wetsuit as I haven't heard about it until I read reviews onsome of the surfing forums. Gladly all the great things other owners said are True. " I just picked up a boz suit from Harry over the weekend and boy is my wife gonna be hating Harry for selling the wetsuit to me, and BOZ wetsuits for making such a great product. I've been a surfer for over 20 years, and used all the name brand wetsuits, and by far your wetsuits are the best I've worn to date.... Harry helped me see past my need for a certain color or look, he helped me realize all that is irrelevant, all that matters is to get a great suit that is priced well and works. And BOZ wetsuits delivered both to me. I got a BOZ thermoboss 3/2.5, and paddled out yesterday with it, I was in the water for 4 hours in Oceanside, and drove to Tamaracks for another 2 hours, and let me tell you I didn't feel one bit of cold, or discomfort with your suits in those 6 hours...all my past suits I wouldn't last past 3 hours, so thanks for the awesome wetsuits, and I will be back for more. Harry thanks again, and don't worry about my wife being mad she'll get over it, now I just have to find a secret spot to hide my suit so it doesn't happen to disappear one day (ha,ha). Thanks BOZ you have a lifetime customer..CHRIS WILLIAMS, OCEANSIDE, CALIFORNIA

"The wetsuit ROCKS. Keep up the superb work."

"I'm stoked with the wetsuit. I really can't believe that I can be so comfortable and still so warm (sometimes too warm). Anyway, thanks, I'm thrilled."
Marc Muroff - Del Mar, California

"I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how stoked I am on my new suits. (I was in on Wednesday and picked up two suits from you.) I have used the thermo boss once and it fits like a glove. The material is unreal, I can't even begin to tell you what a step up it is from what I have used in the past. It moves with my body so much better and is so much warmer. I had no idea what I was missing.

"the one you sold me is the best one i've ever owned, and that's 36 years of surfing".

" After trying on and buying Boz wetsuits from you yesterday, my wife an I went directly to the beach to give them a test run. They were fantastic! These are the first wetsuits either of us have ever owned, but we could tell right away they are going to be great. Mine fit like a glove and I felt toasty and warm in the water the entire time. I usually can't stand cold water for more than a few minutes, but I didn't want to get out of the water yesterday. I stayed in 45 minutes, but could have stayed in longer. My wife loved her suit too! Thanks for being knowledgeable and giving us advice on what we would want as first time wetsuit buyers. I have been looking around for good advice and good prices for weeks, and you were the first to rise to the challenge!".

" I bought the Thermo Boss 3/2.5 from you just before Thanksgiving. Everything that you told me about this wetsuit is absolutely true. This is the best wetsuit I have ever owned in almost 40 years of surfing. I had asked you for a wetsuit that had both warmth and flexibility and boy did you ever deliver!!! I can paddle in this wetsuit as if it were a spring suit and yet it has keeps me extremely warm. All of the innovative designs that you told me about worked to perfection. I was glad to know them ahead of time because I was very aware of them the first time in the water. This is the wetsuit I've been waiting for."

"I purchased a Boz Maxum last fall and highly recommend them. Went out this past Saturday for a 3 hour session ....without the slightest shiver or chill."The main reason I bought a Boz was their assurance that it would fit properly (or I could return it). Being a fairly large person at 6'2" and 220 lbs, I have found I need a XXL in other suits. The Boz XL fits me fine without any binding. I may have been able to get in a large. Anyway, they are good people who make a quality product. Boz suits are a great value...IMHO"

" Wow! This is truely the finest wetsuit I have ever owned, and I've owned wetsuits from all the "big companies". I just came home from Blacks. The suit was really really flexible, it was great, and I wasn't at all cold. I'm glad I went with the 3/2.5 I think the 4/3 would be too warm for socal, but probably perfect for baja. I definately plan on spreading the word. Thanks again I'm really going to enjoy this suit, I can't believe how truely good it is...no rash, stretchy, flexible, and warm. God bless." Sincerely,
John Armes. San Diego CA

" I finally got out in the water with the new suit. The flexibility was great! I swear, I think it was easier paddling in that 4/3/2.5 full Boz suit than it is in my 2/1 spring suit. I thought I'd go out without a rash guard underneath just to see how warm it was - something I wouldn't even consider with my other full suit in the middle of January. I didn't get the slightest chill. Stayed toasty for the whole session. Thanks for your help - It's a great suit. All the hype would seem to be true."
Kerry Wise .Perris CA

" Thanks for the wetsuit. That suit is incredible. It's just as flexible and warm as my Japanese suits for a fraction of the price. I was actually too HOT even in North LA where the water is down to 60 now. I'm spreading the word as we speak."
Paul Tokunaga

" I just bought a 4/3 thermo boss from you this week and I have a complaint. The wetsuit is too good. I can stay out in the water all day long. The problem arises in that I have finals coming up next week at UCSD, how am I suppose to study if I can surf all day long!? Hehe, thanks for a great wetsuit!"
Brian Braunstein

" Each time I wear my custom-fitted, 3x2.5 fullsuit in the winter ocean, I think about how happy I am to have it. It is comfortable and cozy-- no leaks or seeps at my neck, wrists, ankles or zipper. I'm so glad I heeded your advice and that of other Boz consumers to go for the Boz. It's the best."
Peace-- Roberta

" Just thought I’d let you know that I love the suit. As well, if not better, than any top of the line name brand suit I’ve ever owned. Thanks again,"
Carl Cadwell

" Yesterday, 43 degree air, 43 degree water, first time with 5/4/3. Felt great, surfed for three and a half hours never got cold, super flexible. Ready for colder water bring on winter. Thanks for everything,"

" 1/23/05 2 feet of snow, air temp. 20 with windchill of 8 below 0, water temp. 40 degrees. 14 ft. 10 sec on the bouys. Vinny and myself were the only ones out for an hour of overhead barrels and freezing spray that fellt like someone was throwing pebbles at you. Wetsuit worked awsome, my head actually felt hot, I did not notice the icicles that formed on my eybrows or eyelashes, nice. We stuck it out for nearly to hours before beginning to succumb to the cold. Thanks for the awsome suit, will continue to give you updates, but as far as I am concerned that is about the most unbearable conditions out there and the suit was terrific, our water will probably drop another 6-8 degrees, which should make no difference, but as far as air temps that is about as cold as it gets. "

"On Friday I surfed for the first time in my 5/4/3 Boz ThermoBoss at Acadia National Park near Bar Harbor, Maine. Air and water were both 35 F. Wipeouts created instant ice-cream headaches. Stayed out 2 hours in waist to head-high surf with a few bigger overhead sets breaking on a grainte reef. Managed to stay out 2 hours with a thin neo vest and neo shorts under the Thermo Boss. The flexibility/warmth combination was remarkable. Core heat was maintained well and, despite the day-long cloud cover, I never began shivering. Nonetheless, despite 6 ml booties, feet got so numb they felt like stumps. Next time I'll try doubling up on the booties... Love my Thermo Boss. BOZ rocks.".
